Appointments are available Tue-Sat 10am to 8pm, adjustments may be made to accommodate our clients and staff.
Winter hours may vary.

Special Note: There may be special circumstances during regular business hours that we are unavailable to answer the phone.

Considerations:
As a courtesy to your fellow guests, we ask that you refrain from any cell phone use while inside the salon.
We love children! However, we are unable to accommodate them during your visit.
Our Nail Services Policy
We are unable to perform any acrylic nail/enhancement - fill/balance/maintenance, or gel manicure/pedicure service on existing product that was not originally applied by our company. This includes removal of any gel polish that was not originally applied by our company. Please arrive with any product that was applied elsewhere completely removed from your nails or toes. This policy does not apply to traditional nail polish.
All nail enhancement clients will have a complete set of tools, disinfected after each use, and stored in a separate and sanitized container with their name on it. This is a complimentary service.
We have hundreds of quality nail colors for you to choose from, and we are unable to use any product that was not originally purchased from us.

Appointment Cancellation Policy
Thank you for being our client, and for understanding that you will be charged the full amount of the service scheduled if you fail to cancel your appointment atleast 24 hours prior (48 hours under certain high demand hours, typically Saturdays.) Our appointment times are reserved especially for you. Enforcing this policy ensures that our pricing does not reflect upon lost revenues from appointments that were not canceled in a timely manner. A credit card may be requested to secure your appointment, but will not be charged or have any holds placed upon it as long as you have followed our cancellation policy.
